Today’s Flight Plan

At Oshkosh, I was able to get a front row seat to see the Apollo 13 Astronauts and others that helped in their missions. Jim Lovell, Fred Haise, Milston Windler and Bill Reeves were all on hand to talk about this iconic mission in NASA history.

We all know Apollo 13 from it’s Hollywood depiction which was portrayed by Tom Hanks, Bill Paxton, and Kevin Bacon. Without argument behind one of the best space films of all time, there is a widespread appreciation for the impossible task these would-be moon walkers had to go through just to get back home.

What an amazing, amazing mission.

I was privileged to be abled to sit front row and witness this incredible panel. The audio isn’t the best, but I do hope you’re able to get something out of it.
